Pear Collins
- • 40 ml Chopin Rye Vodka
- • 40 g soft pear
- • 15 ml lemon juice
- • 2 spoons powdered sugar
- • Top Up: sparkling water
Place the pear and sugar in a shaker and mash it. Pour lemon juice, vodka and add ice.
Shake well, pass through a double sieve into a glass filled with ice cubes.
Top up with sparkling water.
Chopin's tip:
Choose a soft pear and peel it.
For this recipe, use ice cubes and a tall cocktail glass.
