Pear Collins

  • 40 ml Chopin Rye Vodka
  • 40 g soft pear
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 2 spoons powdered sugar
  • Top Up: sparkling water
*decoration: mint and pear slice

Place the pear and sugar in a shaker and mash it. Pour lemon juice, vodka and add ice. Shake well, pass through a double sieve into a glass filled with ice cubes. Top up with sparkling water. ⁠

Chopin's tip:⁠ ⁠

Choose a soft pear and peel it. For this recipe, use ice cubes and a tall cocktail glass.
