Bitter Honey Bee

  • 40 ml favourite Chopin Vodka
  • 15 ml honey syrup
  • 2 grapefruit pieces
*decoration: rosemary sprig, grapefruit peel

Put the grapefruit pieces in to a glass and add honey syrup. Smash the fruit. Top up the glass with crushed ice. Pour favourite vodka and add decoration.

Chopin's tip:

For this recipe use whiskey glass. Fruit particles - separate the flesh from the skin.
