Chopins Posh Plum

  • 30 ml Chopin Rye Vodka
  • 20 ml Plum puree
  • 10 ml favourite sweet vermouth
  • Top Up: tonic water
*decoration: slices of plum

Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Shake well for 10 seconds, strain into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Top up with tonic water and decorate with slices of plum.

Chopin's tip:⁠

Plum purée - blend the peeled and pitted plums until smooth. Use Long Glass and ice cubes.
