• • 60 ml Chopin Vintage
• • 20 ml of Earl Gray tea cordial
• • Top Up: tonic

Pour vodka and cordial into a shaker. Stir and pour into a filled glass crushed ice. Top up with tonic and sprinkle with Earl Gray tea.

Chopin's tip:

Tea cordial - Pour leaf tea into a container with tight closure. Pour vodka or water and add sugar or honey. Close the vessel and shake the ingredients to mix. Set aside at room temperature for one day. After this time, the whole thing should be poured through a fine strainer, bottled and stored in the refrigerator.
