• • 40 ml Chopin Vintage Young Potato
• • 15 ml sweet Madeira Wine
• • 10 ml Amaretto liqueur
• • a few drops of Grapefruit Bitter liqueur

Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir. Pass through a strainer into a chilled cocktail glass.
