one time distilled from young potatoes
harvested in June 2013, aged in
new oak barrels for 5 years.

Nose: Mild, fruity with prune and dried pear notes. Dry oak wood finish.

Palate: Strong, slightly tannic with a hint of potato.

Finish: Pleasant and vivid.
Cognac aftertaste.
