Młody Ziemniak 2023

Early harvest low starch Denar potatoes are carefully chosen for their exceptional taste and texture. They are grown in a green and natural Polish village of Krzesk, where our Chopin distillery is located.

Unlike most vodkas, Młody Ziemniak is distilled just once in order to retain its unique flavour and character.

Planted – April 14, 2023

Harvested – July 16, 2023

Weather conditions:

April – warm and rainy days; frost-free nights.

May – cool, but without frosts.

June – variable weather; first half cool, second half warmer.

July –  significant variations in temperature; warm and rainy nights.
