• • 40 ml Chopin Rye Organic Vodka
• • 20 ml cherry sorbet
• • 10 ml honey syrup
• • Top Up: tonic water

Into a glass filled with ice pour in Chopin Rye Organic vodka, add sorbet, syrup and stir well. Add ice cubes and top up with tonic.

Chopin’s tip:

Cherry sorbet - mix fresh fruit until smooth and put in the freezer for a few hours. Use a tall glass for this recipe and ice cubes.
