Młody Ziemniak 2025
Młody Ziemniak is one of the most distinctive series produced at the Chopin Distillery in Krzesk – a place where the tradition of Polish distillation meets craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail. Launched in 2009, the series gains a new edition each year, distilled from young potatoes harvested in early summer.
After several months spent at the distillery, the spirit is released in very limited quantities, serving as a unique expression of the season – its climate, crop yields, and the quality of the raw material. Each vintage is distilled only once, allowing it to preserve the natural character of the young potatoes and an exceptional purity of taste.
The final profile of the spirit is shaped by two key factors – the selected potato variety and the weather conditions during its growth and harvest, which together define its distinctive aromatic character.
Młody Ziemniak 2025 continues this tradition, capturing the character of last year’s harvest.
